Hibernating Bear Breathing

Sit down and close your eyes

Open your palms - These are the caves

Tuck in your thumbs - These are the bears going inside

Gently wrap your other 4 fingers softly around the bears - Like a soft blanket

Gently rest your bears on your lap and take slow breaths in and long breaths out.

Repeat these breaths until you feel calm
