Animal Breathing

Choose your favourite animal

Have the children mimic the animal's breathing style:

Dog: Take quick, short breaths in and out like a panting dog.

Cat: Take slow, smooth breaths as if you’re a relaxed cat.

Elephant: Take a deep breath through your nose and then blow out like an elephant’s trunk.

Why it helps:

This adds a playful twist and encourages creativity while practicing different breathing patterns.
