Introduction to Simon Grieve - Get to know Simon Grieve - 1 of 3

The Head and Lead Coach of the Academy Programme. Simon is an experienced LTA Level 5 Master Performance Coach with degrees in Psychology and Biology from Francis Marion University and a Master’s in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London. He has extensive experience as a competitive player in the U.S. and Europe, having also coached Kent’s U10 and U12 teams and winning numerous coaching awards, including Kent Coach of the Year. Passionate about helping players reach their potential, Simon’s journey, achievements, and coaching philosophy set the tone for the Academy’s mission.
